If you want to prevent a user from accessing your website, you can block their IP address.

1. 1. Log in to your cPanel account.
   2. Find and click the "IP Blocker" option under the "Security" section.

3. Enter the IP address or IP range you want to block.

4. Click "Add" to apply the block.
