- On your Android device, open the "Email" application.
- Tap the "Menu" button, select "More...", then choose "New Account".
- Select the "Other (POP3/IMAP)" option.
- Choose "Manual Setup".
- Enter the required details:
- Protocol - Select POP or IMAP (IMAP is recommended if you are unsure).
- Email Address - Your full email address.
- Username - Same as your email address.
- Password - The password for your email account.
- POP/IMAP Server - Use mail.yourdomain.com (replace with your domain).
- Security Type - Typically set to "None". Contact support if other options are required.
- Server Port - Leave as default.
- Tap "Next" to continue.
- Once incoming settings are verified, configure the outgoing server settings. Most fields will already be filled:
- Login Required - Leave as default.
- Username - Leave as default.
- Password - Leave as default.
- SMTP Server - Use mail.yourdomain.com (replace with your domain).
- Security Type - Usually set to "None". Confirm with support if needed.
- Server Port - Leave as default.
- After verification, assign a name to the account and enter your display name.
- Optionally, set this as your default email account.
- Tap "Finish Setup" to complete the configuration.
