How do I setup my email in Microsoft Outlook 2010?

    1. Open Outlook 2010.
    2. Navigate to File -> Info -> Add Account.
 
    1. Select "Manually configure server settings or additional server types", then click "Next".
 
    1. Choose "Internet E-mail" and click "Next".
 
    1. Provide the required account details:
      • Your Name - The display name for outgoing emails.
      • E-mail Address - Your full email address.
      • Account Type - Select "IMAP".
      • Incoming Mail Server - Use mail.yourdomain.com (replace with your domain).
      • Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) - Use mail.yourdomain.com (replace with your domain).
      • User Name - Your complete email address.
      • Password - The password for your email account.
 
  1. Click "Next" to proceed.
  2. Click "Finish" to complete the setup.
