1. Log in to your cPanel account.

2. Find and click the "phpMyAdmin" option under the "Databases" section.

3. Once phpMyAdmin opens, click on the "Import" tab.

4. Click the "Choose File" button and select your .SQL file from your system.

5. Click the "Go" button to begin importing your MySQL database.
