1. Log in to your cPanel account.

2. Find and click the "MySQL Databases" option under the "Databases" section.

3. Scroll down to the "Add User To Database" section.

4. Choose the user you want to assign and select the database you want to connect it to.

5. Click the "Add" button.

6. Select the privileges you want to grant to the user (for most applications, selecting all privileges is recommended).

7. Click "Make Changes" to apply the settings.
