1. Log in to your cPanel account.

2. Find and click the "phpMyAdmin" option under the "Databases" section.

3. After phpMyAdmin loads, select the database you want to export from the list on the left.

4. Click on the "Export" tab and choose your preferred export method:

• Quick - Exports the entire database using default settings.
• Custom - Allows you to select specific tables or adjust export settings.

5. Click the "Go" button to start the export process.
