You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment through PayPal.
During checkout, choose PayPal as your payment method. When redirected to the PayPal page, select the option "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" or "I don't have a PayPal account". This allows you to complete the payment without creating a PayPal account.
