Set Up IMAP - iPhone™, iPad™, iPod®

(Compatible with most iOS versions.)

To configure IMAP, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account. Select "Other", then tap "Add Mail Account".
   
   

2. Enter the following details:
   Name — Your full name (this will appear in sent emails).
   Address — Your complete email address (e.g., user@yourdomain.com).
   Password — The password for your email account.
   Description — A label for the account (e.g., Work Email), visible only on your device.

3. Tap "Next". Ensure that IMAP is selected.

4. Under both Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server, enter:
   Host Name — mail.yourdomain.com
   User Name — Your full email address (e.g., user@yourdomain.com).
   Password — Your email account password.

5. Tap "Save". Your device will verify the settings and return to the Mail settings screen.

Configure Default Folders

1. Go to Settings → Mail → Accounts → Select your account → Tap "Advanced".

2. Under Mailbox Behaviors, select "Drafts Mailbox".

3. Select "Drafts" under "On the Server".

4. Return to "Advanced" and select "Sent Mailbox".

5. Select "Sent" under "On the Server".

6. Return to "Advanced" and select "Deleted Mailbox".
   
   
7. Select "Trash" under "On the Server".
